I bought a car from interstate and on the VL17 "application to license vehicle" form
it needs sellers details and signature plus original receipt with sellers signature.

As the deal was done online I have everything as a scanned copy.
Would that be acceptable or is it a case of who I get on the day?
I am going to the Willagee licensing centre if that helps.
