I can have a look if you want. Although i am quite busy at the moment. Perhaps aus day long weekend if you want. (I got a datto 120b full re-wire to work through, plus my regular full time work load.)

No garantees i can fix it though. My worry is the part where you hooked the battery backwards and blew the big fuse. This may have blown other stuff.

In all honesty, i hate the brant systems and would probably steer you to chop it out whether its at fault or not.
