I would get the belt inspected first.
When I did my timing belt @ 128k the belt looked pretty good and the water pump impeller was like brand new. I could have easily got away with just doing the belt and tensioners and waiting until the next belt change for the water pump. To change the whole lot including the thermostat cost me $1444.15. So I would recommend getting the belt inspected first.
