Savadamoney, got the X-Farces welded, apparently one of the bracket thingys holding the slip joins together broke. So repaired and all is good for the time being, put a tack on the slip join as well for safety, plenty of other joins to expand and contract.
Point to note, some minor hairline cracks appearing, headers been on approx 2 years, ceramic coated and wrapped the whole time.
