Doesn't have antifreeze. (As you point out, we dont need it.) Its main function is to help braek down surface tension to ensure maximum contact/conductivity of the water in the cooling system. Also the lack of antifreeze alone makes the water more conductive. The more ethyl glycol you run, the less effective the cooling system is for heat transfer.
