Thought id bump this up since carmods emails don't work?

So Dan,
To recap, basically bought a set of HEL brakelines from P.wrx GB (18th April) and its nearly hitting 7 mths and no sign of them?

-It all started with getting sent the wrong ones for the rears (sent PM 24th april) pic attached below...
-Forwarded pics then didn't hear back until i remembered WTF is going on with them.. send email mid August and was requested to resend details
-Followup email sent 25th october and now it seems they sent the stuff to an address in NSW that i've never heard of (ie. live in Perth and PO box in Perth) :/

So yeah just FY Dan, if you find those brake lines just keep them as i've got a set of STi lines en route from japan.. If you can organise refund + refund of postage and hope you and HEL sort yourselves out.
(For the record HEL dont seem to be the brightest sparks in the automotive industry and will steer clear from them going off a few forums i frequent)

Hi mate, will call you about this. You know that I have been doing my best on your behalf when talking to HEL Australia about this.

I agree time has gotten away many times and the timeframe is terrible when looking at the start date. We always pride ourselves on a timely resolution of issues, but sometimes we can't control the supplier.

Yeah dont waste your time Dan.. I won't feel safe using this product and I won't accept it. This epic delay for a set of corrected brake lines is just wrong. I am now running genuine STi braided ones now anyways. So please ask HEL to organise a refund at their earliest convenience (probably 1 year haha)
