After ringing Next Byte Wed to reserve a copy of Snow Leopard and being told that they would have heaps so no need I lob up at 9:30 this morning to find they haven't yet received any copies at all.

Turns out all Apple resellers are in the same boat.

Apple has stated it would be available on the 28th. Well I'm sorry but if it is for sale on the 28th I expect to be able to walk in on the 28th and but the f&^king thing. Not still being told by every store in Perth that we are expecting it by close of business today.

Typical F&^king Perth. The rest of the free world has products available on the release date but not this backwards two bit shit show of a country hick f^&king town

Had to do a bit of this to vent frustration on the way home.

but yeah if they announce a release date they should stick with it , or at least tell the customers of a change.

Can't download it ( Legally ) and if I order online I doubt I will see it before I fly back up to work.

Guess it's just another errand I will have to squeeze in Monday. Bet I'll just get more excuses why they don't have it.

It's out today. Quite a few stores have it. Nextbyte are waiting on their couriers to deliver it and will have it today. Can go get a copy this arvo, tomorrow, sunday etc.

Or channel internet has had it available for some time. Since there is no copy protection on it, you can install that one and just buy a legit copy later.
