Sometimes i refrain from asking quesitons due to the fact that i'm always presuming of being ridiculed. That being said, i always re-think my question and see if i can find the answer on google or something beforehand.

IF this hasn't already been posted, perhaps infractions could be handed out to the posts that weren't at all necessary?

In some instances i agree....but to do it for all would be way too much effort i would think!
