Also noticed an accident on Leach Highway this afternoon, 4 cars were left in the far right lane with only 2 cars sporting a little bit of damage from some kissing.
Not only would it have caused less of a traffic problem, but it would have been safer for all 4 drivers to have mounted the curb and exchanged details there.
