this year is the 1st time i suffered since i moved over from the UK. I have been using Clarityne or whatever its called.. pretty good - but I'm still suffering.

Must be a lot worse than usual this year

I use Claratyne as well, but hasn't helped this season.
My cousin's wife suggested Beconase nasal spray, so perhaps give that a go.

Rinocourt nasal spray works a treat, in combination with Zyrtek, both good, especially working a lot in a 50 year old dusty roof :/
