When customers call you at 8:30am to yell abuse for 10 mins straight because you didn't drop everything to help them. Put me in a shit mood for the whole day. I Fucking hate my job sometimes. :/

Long days at work. 14hrs yesterday, 14 today and at least 12 tomorrow. Who said overtime isn't fun!?!?!
