hey guys and gals

was changing my mums headlights today and she has a H4 bulb but when i put the new bulb in i noticed that inside her headlights she doesnt have a cover over the bulb like my car ( MY99) does. is there a reason for that?

wat happens if i take the cover of my lights? coz when my mum puts her lights on they light up the street and thats just on low beams
