just picked up a '04 rex a few days ago and the previous owner has changed to the dash lights to white LED's to match the Defi gauges.

the problem is a few of the black original mountings are either damaged or lost.

i have been into coventrys, and the other usual places but they only do the black plastic globe holders with the original globe in them.

any ideas where i can get my hands on a few LED holders (twist in)?

i dont really want to take it to an auto sparky as the job is pretty easy and they would charge me a damn fortune.

i have been onto the scoobymods.com and they refer to a yank site http://autolumination.com/74.htm which does have them.

one of the guys was talking about a Type B Neo - Wedge Instrument Panel Bulbs are 10mm (3/8") diameter x 13mm (1/2") high.....but these are not in white according to the web site.

just my luck...

Ive got some LEDs in RED if you want if not then the shop i got it of they also had WHITE , BLUE etc etc etc ... the shop in city up stairs in the plaza area ..???

i might head into the city some time and see if they have any.
i can find the white LED's ok. they sell them in any auto type shop. its the the holders i need too.

i think it might be time to see if subaru have any of these dash light holders.
cant seem to find them on the net.
