Another what rim thread...

Ok basically i've sussed out the power mods, the brake mods, looking into the suspension kinda stuff and now im left with rims

I've always been pretty happy with the stock WRX rims but i dont really like the bulkyness of the XR6's.. And since i've never worried about rims i have no idea whats what!!

All i know is they will be black and dont have to be too big (im happy running 17's or 18's and dont wanna go any bigger) and i wanna run a tyre width between 245 and 265 so would that be 18X8.5ish? I know i kinda like the 5 or 6 spoke rims that dont have stuper thick spokes!

I kinda like these sorta styles but not really sold on anything yet so if anyone can help, please do Another option is to distract the owner of [F6F] and still his rims

Those rims are hawt mat, do it! Or another style I think would look good are

3.5" lip on an 8.5" rim!!!

Mat, i think you'd have to run wider than 8.5" if you want something in the vicinity of a 265 tyre? If i recall correctly, they recommend 255 the widest you run on a 8.5".

I'm lovin the chrome lip and anything gunmetal would look nice, 6 spoke too..
