If you've got a stacker, you cant run an ipod too right?

You should be able to. The new Alpines have a dedicated input for the Ipod (high speed) but if your using the old AI Net controller for the Ipod I would have thought that it would have had an input to plug the stacker into, so AI Net in and AI Net out.
