My98 headlights

Are the my 98 rex (without the bulging honeycomb grill) headlights the same as the 99/00 wrx headlights. THanks

no. the 99/00 headlights are the crystal clear ones, but are the same shape as the 98's. 99/00 headlights will fit straight in.

Just one more question... as im trying to update the looks of my 98 to a 99 model. WIll the front grille fit my 98 bonnet? In other words... all i really need to do to update the looks of my rex is get the front bumper and front grille? Any advice will be wonderful...thanks!

I have just bought a bonnet to do the update on my car and it is listed as the same part from late 97 - 00

They're the same.

93-97 flatter bonnet, slatted vents, small scoop
93-97 rounder lights
93-98 3 hole bumper (will fit all)
