Default 02 to 03 conversion front end

just wondering whats involved in change front end from 02 bug eye to 03/04/05 shape

from what i can see all i would need to do is

change
bonnet
side fenders
headlights
and bumper

is that it ?
what sort of cost would i be looking you think

has any body got some parts kicking around the garage that would help me with this idea.

i don't think you'd have to use the chargespeed bumper if you don't like it and wanted to keep the stock look.
