At the NOR Laser wash places (SOR one's have probably been stolen), there's a station just before you drive into the wash bays. $2 gets you a hose with air freshener. Just spray it everywhere, like chucking a piss in Northbridge.

Grind a heap of coffee beans, sit it in the car overnight and most of the smell will be gone plus your car will smell like Dome.

This is an old car yard trick, I have personally used it in my Soarer when I had it and it worked fine.

But yes shampoo the seats anyway and then do the coffee trick. You will be pleasantly surprised.
