Default STi Buckets

Hey all,

My '99 seats are getting a little old and worse for wear so I've been thinking about getting some replacements and I've noticed alot of ppl looking for either '02 or '04 seats and I'd just like to know why? Obviously there better seats but for what reason? More comfortable? Hold you in better?

Oh and would they fit a '99 WRX? Any sort of moding required? Is it worth it? I really like the look of the STi trim.

Thanks all.

get the 02 seats.

Ive got the 03/04 sti seats. the 04 seats are a little wider and don't quite hold you in as well. They are okay if your a bit of a fatty (like me).

Yeah just gave them a call, theyve got plenty of the '02 Front and Rears. Says the fronts will bolt straight in but isnt to sure about the rears. Anyone know if the rears will bolt in?

Have you thought about taking them to a motor trimmer and getting a price on recovering?
