Boot lid holes

Ello guys and girls,
Just a quickie for ya ...
Am I gonna have dramas with removing an STI Spoiler and replacing it with an MY99/00 Item ? Will I have a mass of holes left in my bootlid that will resemble a piece of swiss cheese ... more so because my car is yellow !!
