on the early gc8s they have the black plastic style door handles i was just woundering if the later model gc8 door handles that are colour coded will fit the same , im pritty sure they would but i dont exactly have a set haha

Yep exactly the same. Bit of hi fill primer on your old ones works the same also.

im pretty sure you could get the black ones painted, coz thats what i was thinking of doing if not i will be defantly replacing all them for the colouered ones.

Remove, spray, refit. Done...

Did mine myself, but I had a spare set so I did them on a weekend and put them on a few days later. Another option is to remove the locks. I have done this on my passenger door so if I need to I can still use the key on the drivers side. One less entry point for thieves.




I simply cut out a piece of the same type of plastic and welded it into the hole. Small amount of knifing putty and some hi fill primer and its all sweet. Looks pretty factory to me. Shame about the assclowns that I got to match the colour.
