GC8 Help side skirt

hey all

I have a MY00 GC8 on the weekend the little plastic pannel that comes of the side skirt and up the front of the rear wheel arch has snapped of the clips are broken. Just wonder where to get this part from and who can put it on the car. its black (not painted)
