Default Carbon fiber bonnet

Hey guys , i bough the carbon fiber bonnet about 2 month ago from easten state, i been trying to fittinging it on past afew week and fits ok but on the edges it dosent stay flat and if i put pressure on oneside the other side goes up , so just wondering if you have any idea how to slove the problem ,thanks guys

that is the first thing come to my mind,if the boont pins the only resort i will have to do it,but im sure there might be other way to try

Hi Red,
I would suggest asking for a refund from the seller if possible....you are going to have to do some serious modifications if you want to make it fit flush. but bonnet pins could be an option..

also,
Be prepared for an increased interest from the po po with your new bonnet.
they are illegal because the carbon fibre can be lethal to pedestrians if you ever happen to hit one.

oh crap really dam it , i though they ok, yeh thinking about takeing back now , too much problem , i wasent really sure they were illegal thanks for the tips,that why not many people have carbon fiber bonnet

Perhaps just get a carbon fibre scoop? I don't know if they are illegal too, but many people seem to have those.
You could also just paint your bonnet black if you are going for that sort of look.

yeh that will be a good idea, the last thing i need is the yellow on my nice screen, i guss i take it back out , thanks for helping me out

I am lead to believe the bonnet pins are also illegal. Dont know why you would put them on a standard bonnet anyway...
