Default Head Unit?

Hey All,

My 6 stacker head unit has gone an eaten all my CDs and refuses to play them or spit them out.. anyway I've decided to replace the unit completely with something along the lines of this:

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....=STRK:MEWAX:IT

Or something with the same features.. Anyway, wondering if anyone has any recommendations on head units and car audio installers here in Perth.. I'm actually new to Perth as well, we only moved over here in March 09.

Regards

Paul

Impressive list of features....I would personally stick with the better known brands and pay the extra $$$'s but geez for a couple hundred bucks it could be worth a try....you might get lucky and get one built on a wednesday.

Those eonon units have proven to be problematic enough for us to refuse fitting them anymore.

If you like to take a look at the eonon one in action, pop round, i installed one in the mrs foz couple months ago and i love it.....all you cheap china spec haters out there! Unfortunately you have to cut out the face plate and even more unfortunate....i just chucked out a faceplate for the sg foz....feel free to dig round the skippy bin but

Fair enough, I'm not real keen on trying out an unknown brand anyway.. Can anyone make any recommendations for a good car audio dealer on the northside of perth? I'm considering taking out the headunit out of my commodore (it's a JVC MP3 CD player) just for now, as we're doing a trip this weekend coming and I don't want to listen to talkback radio the whole way.. lol

Any suggestions?

In my car audio career I have booked in 7 of those eonon decks to be fitted. Not 1 has worked.

If you want mate you are more than welcome to come into the Morley store (Westside Sound and Image) this week and I can give some ideas on Headunits.

PM me if you want more information.
