Hey people. Decided to change my front bumper from 97 to the newer look 99/00. Atm i have cut out the bumper for the FMIC , But i am struggling the get the ends of the bumper to line up with the guards. It seems that the reinforcement bracket that it is clipped to does not line it up. Are the brackets from 97 different from the 99/00 ones? . This is really starting to frustrate me with the trial and error. Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks

Without looking at it or having undertaken this I wouldnt know where to start, but I can guarantee you should be using the factory bumper re-inforcement rather then the new one.

Alternately get your tin snips out at your expense.

Just wanting to know if there is a difference from a 97 reinforcement bar and a 99/00 as i am swapping the bumpers around.

I have a my98 which I have put the my00 front bar on, & I used my existing re-o bar.
