A while back I lost a plastic plug that covers a screw in my dash.





Does anyone know where I could go to get something like that made?

go to a wreckers i bet u could find one. Reason y i always mention wreckers is that things like that they practically give ya.

bunnings have grommets etc.

You can buy a small bag with all different size grommets in it - it was about $8 from memory a couple years ago.
