Hay All,

I have now got a problem with my boot, The light is staying on, saying there is a door(or boot) which is open. Also the latch to open it from inside isnt working. Im not sure what is wrong as I have pressed the release button and looked if anything is loose ect. Really need to get it sorted today, as I flyout tomorrow and unable to lock car with alarm. Can any help?

When you have been fitting your rear strut bar you have moved a switch on the side of the lock on the boot lid, flick it the other way and your boot release will work
as for the light, the switch determining weather the boot is open or closed must be damaged or bent, it should be located on one of the boot hinges,drivers side i think, check it out to see whats going on

Have tried everything. Cant see anything, any have any suggestion, at least so I can lock it with immobiliser. May cut wire?

So you've tried flicking the tab on the inside of the boot lid lock mechanism up???

Yes several times, uplugged things and wiggled, still no luck?
