Default seatbelt tension

As my car is now ten years old (Club spec evo 4/ MY00, for those playing at home) understandably, some parts are showing their age.

my issue at the moment is that a couple of the seatbelts (driver seat and rear passenger) seat blets are sitting a little slack when they wind in. Rear belt is mainly due to booster seat for my daughter and driver belt maybe because I am a tank

is there a way to resolve this as DIY or do I have to replace them???

Cheers for advice.
