Speaker install help
Hey guys I'm looking to install my sound system
Twelfth finally but came across an issue today when I got to putting the six inch speakers in I found that the doors need spacers does any one know where I can get the right spacers what size I need as I don't want to make them myself I've tried before and couldn't do it as I'm not that good with a jigsaw lol any help would be great thanks and I'm assuming I will need spacers for the front to fit 6.5's as well? I imagine many of you have had this happen to you in your gd's Thanks guys |

For the backs, they come factory spec with 4" speakers.
You can modify it to fit both 5.25" and 6/6.5", however, it is a fiddily job. I just installed 5.25" back speakers on my mates 06 wagon...it was a cnunt of a job :/ electric windows kept hitting the magnets and required some makeshift "spacers" and they were too wide, so the back door panel wouldn't go back on :/ took us a while but we managed, just get the spacers required for your speakers and you wont have a problem. see JBHIFI for spacers.... Good Luck
