Default Securing subwoofer box

Hi guys,

Any hints on how to secure a subwoofer box without having to make a mdf false floor and bolting it down?

This is the sub i have:

Right now it just sits in the boot but during spirited driving it moves around quite a bit.

Are there any anchor points in the boot so I can strap it down?

What i want is something that's easy to remove when going track days etc..

cheers

It may sound cheap fix, but have you tried velcro? You can buy rolls of it from Office Works and it comes with sticky back. It may hold enough to stop it from sliding around and could be easily removed. It may work until a more improved method can be sourced.

Should be able to tie it down to a rear strut bar

Cusco rear strut tower bar.

Yeh Rok straps will do it, however velcro should be fine also as that box is small and flat.
