Dude thats a big hit will cost some serious $$$$ to get back on the road. Can you start the engine? if you got it for 4k it might still be worth converting the drive line into a non Turbo foz thats if you can do most of the work your self or if you know a mech who owes you a few favors

as a guess i reckon around 20k give or take a lil.

Wouldn't touch it, only got at most 2 good doors & roof, motor is more than likely shagged & who wants a Gump interior, worth about $2,500 at most if you wanted to wreck it & make a profit.

I wouldnt even drive that foz after it had been fixed if you paid me...
