Why not just get the rims you want powdercoated / painted?

OK chumps, want opinions and votes again... I've been looking at quite a number of rims (cheap as well as expensive/over budget) and still have my heart set on Rota DPT. At first I wanted flat black, but from a distance the wheels just look like a big blob of black with no rim detail. I'm now leaning towards huggy_bum's suggestion of gunmetal. However, I came across these photos:

I've always liked gold on red (no-one else does) but bronze is far more subtle, still look good with red nuts and isn't something you see all that often. According to prospeed's website Troy has a set in stock. Thoughts?
