Prodrive WRC P1's 18x17.5 +46 offset with 225/40R18 Falken RT615 tyres.
DMS 40mm Coilovers with 3.5-4 degrees camber on the front. A bit less on the rear.

Rear Guards definately had to be rolled. Width of the tyre and rim offset was the cause of this. Falken RT615's were the only high performance reasonably priced tyre in the correct load rating I could find without going to expensive Pirelli's.

The problem I think you will find is getting a 19" tyre with the correct load rating for the GC8. 87V or greater if my memory is correct.
Also you will need a 30 profile tyre for the corrrect overall diameter on a 19" rim.

J

87V? Try 89!!

GC8s have a higher load rating than a GD for some reason...its bloody ridiculous, and its hard to find tyres in the larger sizes because of it.

Stick with 18's, 19's would look ridiculous and ride like crap.

I use to have 19x8 on my GC8, u need to roll the guard and get a Tein coilover so is better handling on cornering. Even 20 inch also can fit on GC8, u just need a good coilover if ya planning to go bigger... If ya going for performance i think better stick with 18 inch, if u want to be pimp then can go for 19~20 inch

Get some nice cheap heavy chrome 19's, who gives a fuck if they....
A. Look Ghey
B. Reduce your performance
C. Increase your fuel bill
D. Snap axles
E. Eventually shake your kidneys out your arse
F. Make you a laughing stock amongst those who "know"
Great for show cars......not go cars.
Do you really want to look like you are competing against that 1.6 Lancer up the road?????
