In cooperation with Cusco, Evolution R will be launching the new fully synthetic 5W-30 and fully synthetic 10W-50 in Australia in 6 weeks, in addition to our current Cusco 5w-40 Low Friction Racing oil and fully synthetic Cusco 5w-40.

The 5W-30 will cater to all current European vehicles including those with CGI - Charged Gasoline Injection technology including Benz, VW and Audi.

Cusco 10W-50 engine oil is specially formulated for the Subaru Boxer Engine. Special thanks to Mister Two who brought this up to my attention. Independent testing by Impreza.net in Japan has shown that EJ boxer has more friction on one side of the piston due to gravity.

Cusco 10w-50 engine oil will enhance low end Torque plus up to 10hp gain overall.

These new Cusco oil formulations have been delayed due to the change in API(American Petroleum Industry) standards from the SM to SN.

All Cusco Engine oils will be API SN. The new API SN is designed to provide improved high temperature deposit protection for pistons, more stringent sludge control, and seal compatibility. Cusco API SN engine oils with Resource Conserving matches ILSAC GF-5 by combining API SN performance with improved fuel economy, turbocharger protection, emission control system compatibility, and protection of engines operating on ethanol-containing fuels including E85.
