For some reason I keep popping my right rear brake light.

Do we have any quality LED brake bulbs available yet?

Any recommendations?

I think they are a 1157 bulb.

Those the go?

Hi Rich, try checking the globe holder where the power and ground points are. Most prob the source of the problem.

Hi Rich,

I only have the Polarg ones in stock which are not LED. I will be sure to get some LED ones in.

Also the rear on the GD should be a wedge type M21. The 1157 is a bayonet type. Correct me if I am wrong.

Polarg M2 wedge type that we keep in stock:

Yeah the rear brake lights on a MY01 are Bayonet type.

There are two brake lights on MY01, one is for when the headlights are on (dim red brake lights), and the other is purely for when you touch the brakes.

Keen to test some LEDs if available, not many people have done this from what I have seen so far.

I think I have those wedge type lights already in the front of my MY02 Projector assy's for park lights. (Got them from you ages ago), still working good.

Rich, I have had Cree based LED brake lights installed in the Liberty for 3 years now with no issues.
