The versatility of our A/C machine is phenomenal.

We had a P.WRX GD WRX come in today with his a/c not working. We then proceeded to check the gas in the system and there was none.

Started regassing the sytem and sure enough we found 2 leaks in the A/C compressor.
Our gas has a green dye which will show outside the leaks. We use the Hychill Gas which is an Australian manufactured greenhouse-safe hydrocarbon. Our machine also automatically recycles the gas, once a leak is detected, keeping the Australian environment safe.
See pic below. Note how the green dye emerges through the leak:

Fixed the leaks and regassed the system in less than an hour. Our machine targets both the high and low pressure valves, unlike other systems here in Perth.

High and low pressure regassing pics below, done simultaneously on our a/c machine. This machine also lubricates the A/C compressor with compressor oil at the same time:

Had a Forester in today who had his vehicle regassed in Jan and now the A/C is not cold again.

We pressurised the system, found the leak and regassed it all within an hour. Below is a pic of the regas:

Thanks guys for the support.

We have found that the a/c compressors are proving to be the weakest link in the Subaru systems. As they age, they tend to leak, if not they hold and pump less pressure and as such the cooling efficiency decreases. We will be stocking these ZEXEL a/c compressors shortly.

Below is a recent re-gas done on a P.WRX ride.

Evolution R is able to regas newer R134 and older R12 systems as we have a computerised a/c machine.

Our machine goes through the following regassing process, not just a simple gas fill:

Mode 1: Old remnant gas is recycled out of your existing system.
Mode 2: Full vacuum process is performed to remove all moisture and impurities out of your a/c lines and system. This ensures your system is bone clean when new gas is charged in.
Mode 3: A/c gas is then charged into the system through the computerised machine with proper control of gas volume.

We will be stocking Subaru a/c replacement cabin filters, a/c compressors, a/c pressure switches and a/c driers.

Below is a job done on a Mazda 626 R134 system:
