Nothing will happen. VET clearly ignored team orders (if you saw the Horner and Marko interviews after the race you could see that VET was in the wrong) but nothing will happen out of this.

Vettel is a sore loser deliberately defying team orders I hope webber defies team orders and overtakes vettel in the same situation or better still he should have put him into the wall when he was on the inside that would have wiped the smirk offhis face

Damn right it should have been marks win you tool!!!

In saying that though, team orders suck bollocks!! Walking contradiction >>

The term "that's racing" is a forgotten phrase to explain why things happen to you / car / conditions etc in a race..

Team didn't manage fuel... That's racing, should will passed on merit if what he needed to do to get to finish is done..

Need to trim the engine to save it to get to end of race, that's racing... Get passed on merit & ability..

My first comment still remains, as I can't stand the little German git... That's racing!!!

I hope Webber pulls a Senna and just runs Vettel off the road so he loses the world championship
Strubaru, RUSSGT, inrextc and 4 others like this.

Was such a good race until the end. I was so angry at Alonso though. Frig why didnt he get forced to come it? He couldnt have been able to see his wing. Could have killed him and Mark! Personally was glad to see how angry the red bull team was at Vet.

Yeah that was weird with Alonso, even if he didn't know how bad the damage was, his team did, they should have made him stop. Did they really think he could get to the first tyre change like that? Funny how it seemed to snap as soon as Webber overtook him and he got his dirty air.

Na it was always going to snap going nearly 300km/h. Just lucky it didnt take off into Mark.

I think you may be right, the dirty air would have had a great effect on the air flow around that wing. It was so close, I rewound to see if Mark had actually cut across his wing, but no, there was good clearance between the cars. Lucky stuff. And yes, basic mistake for the team not to bring Alonso in.

It wasn't a mistake, it was strategy that backfired.

If that wing had hung in there until they pitted for slicks, it could have been a game changer for Alonso and Ferrari.

Unfortunately, the gamble didn't pay off.

Well its was clearly the worst "strategy" ever played in F1. Half your wing dragging along the ground at 300km/h was never going to hold on.
