I asked Diamond this a few weeks ago, and he said he had everything in the workshop to convert a GX into an 06 Spec C minus the roof spoiler and bonnet. I was enquiring on behalf of a guy I was working with. Give Diamond a buzz and ask the question.

They don't have any true spec c running gear for a late gd ('06).
They do however have jdm sti gear, which is twin scroll, as all jdm sti from my03 onwards are.

It is just not real spec c.

If you need to sort any doubt check the vin on the half cut.
