I'm selling them as a complete kit which includes the parts you've listed. However kits for MY01-07 STI's are sold without the splitter as the factory splitter is retained.

hey will i need to get a tune once i get the CAI? only mods i have at the moment is 3" TBE and car is a 99/00 gc8
