Hey i would imagine the standard flywheel weighs in at around 10kgs. I am also looking at getting a lighter flywheel but looking for something a little heavier. Does anyone have an idea of where you can get 6kg flywheels from? I have yet to see one on sale.

Ive got a 4.4kg chromoly one...apart from noise...it isnt hard 2 drive at all. The noise can be igorned with tunes pumping inside the cabinet.

I dont really care about the noise myself. I got plenty of that already.
more concerned with daily driveability. My car is already a bit of a pig to launch with the crappy 2L engine and RS heads. Its got nothing down low.

You won't have any problems with a flywheel this light on a 2.5L. Works well.
