I originally made the tshirts not to have a go at the actual hoon law, but the amount of resources that the police department are allocating to that area. Official tolls show many more accidents are caused by drink driving, yet the funding is much less. Not to mention all the pedophiles walking around freely on the street, and stabbing/violence thats going on recently.

And yes you can have one up saing "Hoons have small pee pees".
