Process West Front mount Intercoolers

Hi all,

my friend Kevin at Process West has developed some new intercooler kits and have asked me to start a group buy here in Perth. As some of you will know (I did a GB on some Process West Oil coolers a while ago) the quality of his equipment is fantastic and I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Features of the kit include:

Large 90mm thick bar and plate core
CNC mandrel bent ball burnished aluminium piping
Unique pipe routing for minimal pipe length and maximum throttle response.
Kit comes with replacement bar support and BOV mount.
Stainless clamps
Sheet metal intercooler end tanks.

Fitment of the kit requires the air intake to be replaced. I have a CAI (cold air intake) available (pics soon) that fits with this kit but if you already have an intake it should work with this kit. There is no intercooler piping in the inner guard area so any intake should fit.

Price as a single buy $1350 (not including freight)
3 buy - $1275 (Not including freight)
5 buy - $1150 (not including freight)
10 buy - $1050 (not including freight)

Price of the cold air intake pipe with foam filter (01-06): $195.
Freight shouldn't be more then $50-$60 each.
Intercooler kits are available for the GC8 and 01-05's. New shape (06) fitment to be confirmed. I plan to close the group buy at the end of May. I think this is one of the best value for money quality kits available on the market.
