One of the best Co-ops ive played was one of the original Rainbow Six games on Playstation.

In fact, even the co-op on Rainbox Six: Vegas was pretty good.

Rainbow 6 was pretty good co-op. At the moment Resistance 2 Co-op is getting a flogging coz of its total awesomeness. Pity the online competative is so meh.

halo, halo 2 and halo 3, ive spent more than 80% of my gaming life playing these games...so many nights on weekends/holidays while i was at school sitting with my mate finishing halo on legendary...

Ive still got a N64 a Snes a PS2 a PS1 a PSONE a Sega Megadrive with Alex the Kidd, A Sega Dreamcast a Nintendo Gamecube, All the gameboys and most of the newer consoles too. PS2, Xbox , 360, no PS3 Yet :-(

Best co op games by far are the Halo series and Gears of war series. Infact I refuse to play gears 2 single player as playing co-op makes the game even better and thats the way I want to complete the game

As for best multiplayer game then the one I had the most fun on was rainbow 6 on the original xbox live. it was like counterstrike on crack
