i just bought from amazon US no proxy needed, however i will have to wait now for a few days until i can play after release (when the early access is over)...I will be in exmouth so no big deal anyways.

Dont know anyone that bought using vpn...most of my clan mates just bought cdkeys from online stores.

Yes you do.. IIRC its US $15 Month.. Similar to WOW prices.
