Hrmmmmm looks like fun, and GT5 is only $25 from JB Hifi....I might grab it and get in on the action...haven't played GT since GT2 back on the original Playstation.

EDIT: Sorry for being a total noob, but is it worth off getting the "Academy Edition"??
I've bought from ozgameshop before so know they are legit, and it will take a week or so to get here, but looks like it includes a lot of DLC that's been released..is it worth the extra $8??

Get the Academy edition which includes the DLC and several GB worth of update patches on the disc.

TJ, shame you miss the last round: it's got Laguna in it - your favourit and one where you'll pick your points back up haha.
But I suppose it's better to be heading to the actual country that hosts that circuit rather than playing it on a PlayStation hey...

You could pick up a preowned copy of GT5 for $18.00 and buy the DLC tracks ($7.35+$5.85) which is all you'll need to race online with us.

Ah its all good, I just ordered the Academy Edition from ozgameshop for $23 (I had a $10 voucher to use with them) and also picked up NHL2010 has well haha. Now just the 7-10 day wait for it to get here from the UK

You needed to pre-order GT6 as well dude. Due early December
