Default Fuel Pump

Hey guys,

Is there any quick fire way to check what brand/model of fuel pump I have ?

Only ask as i got a Verso recently and have a fuel pressure regulator installed, im fairly Cert. Sean would have checked it all out, but just would like to put my mind at ease.

Only ask as when the tune was done the injectors didnt turn out to be what the owner claimed they were when i bought the car.

Cheers!

yeah fuel pressure regulator was done by prior guy as well, so im assuming he would of done the pump would defeat the point otherwise i guess. even tho the standard system is a bit weak.

Excuse my ignorance on this, but in my nissans i use to have to go through the boot floor to get to the pump, is it much the same in the wrx ?

same.

Also, you dont need a aftermarket regulator in there, stock one holds just fine. and you'l probably have less headaches. But anyway, theres plenty of info on gettin the pump out if u search on here or nasioc

cool thanks guys, will have a looksee, also spoke to sean he reckons regulator was holding pressure fine and should be all good.

But yeah will have a look, ill prolly get it plumbed back into the OEM system next time round, as we were short on time with the tune etc.

nop, still using woks.

From what i understand, ASG will be getting the same dyno as speedworks, so no point holding out for a tune if thats what your betting on.
