Default Bug Eye Roll Call

Ok this has been done on a couple of other forums in the past (Rexnet, NASIOC), and keen to do one here.

Calling all Bug Eye owners

Just want to see how many bug eyes we have here. Good thread to discuss bug eye specific mods/problems also.

I'll kick it off.

MYo2 STi
Stock as a rock part from HKS TBE

First question:

After heavy breaking from high speeds, the steering wheel will pull to the right under moderate breaking for a short time.

Brant is a piece of shit...they updated it for the MY03 onwards (like a turd, but with a fancier smell).

I'm running an Autowatch with the stock keypad integrated, works great.

This could be a seized caliper, poor alignment, chopped out tyre, or a bent chassis/suspension arm.

seized caliper - only option..... anyone recommend a brake specialist for the Brembos?

Awswering the bugeye call...talley ho!!

02STI
Bog Stock...(trying to stay ahead of general maintenance issues)

Nothing bugeye specific ive come across, other than...people ask me how i get the yellow discolouration out of the "bugeye" front lights. To this i answer: Mothers alloy wheel polish and a combination of kungfu/ninja/chopper(harden the f@%* up) polishing techniques.
