Hi all, finally picked up my new 07 rex last week.

Its definately worlds apart from the other wrx's ive owned in comparison
to handling and fun. My previous rides were two 99 club spec evo 3's and
a short lived 05.

I found the new 07 handles alot better than my previous models
(maybe its the STI springs)
but feel it lacks in the raw edge rex's are famous for, to me it
seems very docile and too smooth.

Saying this im happy with the car but it definately wont be
staying standard long. (TBE+VERSO)

Bring on the Verso!!!!!!!!!!!

whats the differences between 06 and 07 model years?

The difference is the number..

MY 07 came with Privacy Glass on the rear windows, Different Gear knob, Very slight change to the rear lights & MY07 models manufactured after October 06 came with double din stereo.

Yep 06 owners got the factory Subaru stereo with tape deck and 07 owners got Kenwood!
So farkn unfair!
