I was getting around the same k's from my last car which had VF23,
3"TBE,Walbro fuel pump and this was sucking up the fuel.

My new car is stockers, its seems a bit excessive on consumption.

Any advice or info is greatly appreciated.
how may km's has your engine done?? alot of new engines use heaps of fuel when they are running in then once it has run in the fuel consumption drops quite alot.

You've got a 60L tank, fill it to the top, re set your trip meter, do about 300K's, fill it t the top again, divide the L by the K's & you will know what you are getting I.E. 30L for 300K's = 600K's per tank.............you can't go off the gauge, total waste of time.

OK Just got to Adelaide.

Perth Southern Cross. 10.6 L/100KM

Southern Cross to Norseman 10.8

Norseman to Cocklebiddy 10.2

Cocklebiddy to Boarder Village 12 (Strong Headwind)

Border Village to Ceduna 10.2

Ceduna to Pt August 10 ( Just under like 9.999996 or something so call it ten. Slight tailwind the last little bit)

Pt Augusta to Adelaide don't know yet but had a head wing guessing 11 something from the gauge.

Still air will get 500KM to tank but the fuel light is on. don't know how anyone does this in town

Funny how the two fastest Average speeds had the best consumption. Really think the STI is better at 110 than 100kp/h but only just. Below 90 or above 110 the fuel comsumption goes to pot. Headwinds stuff it completely but it does stick to the ground like glue.
