 My car - 05 STi - Diff back STi exhaust, but with EBC running 1.1 bar (basically stock boost). Mates car - EVO IX - Trust Cat back, 1.3bar and a few other little "tweaks" - very close to stock. Runs on a "private" road was just like watching snails fight. Dead even from about 80km/h to around 170km/h. Either your mate is a clown, or the other Subaru drivers were soft.
